What you will learn to produce
The full programme covers all of these. You can also take just one, as flexible training or a seminar.

Fish farming
From hatchery to market: breed your own fingerlings, raise fish in ponds or tanks, make your own feed.

Livestock farming
Broilers, pigs, rabbits, snails, palm weevils and black soldier flies, in the centre’s own buildings.

Agriculture and market gardening
Tomatoes, lettuce, cabbage, peppers, leeks, parsley, aubergines: from sowing to harvest, in the field and under greenhouse.

Black soldier fly farming
Turn organic waste into protein-rich larvae to feed poultry, fish and pigs.

Soilless edible mushroom growing
A profitable activity that needs little space: prepare substrates, spawn, harvest and sell.

Biogas production (renewable energy)
Make your own cooking gas from farm waste.

Processing farm products
Smoke fish, chicken and pork to keep them longer and sell them better.
